INGREDIENTS
- 3 different kinds of apples ( one should be tart)
- Juice of 2 oranges plus 2 tbls orange zest
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 tbls butter
- A few red apple peels (optional for color)
PROCEDURE
- Peel, core and dice the apples and place in dutch oven
- Add all other ingredients
- Place red peelings on top for color
- Bake covered at 350* for 1 hour
- Serve warm
